My order has arrived, but some items are missing?

Do you have products in stock and can I pick them up?

Not all products are available at our office as warehouse stock, but we can issue products from the office if needed.

What if the ordered product does not suit me?

Returning unused products in the staging.nanolex.lv online store is always free of charge for customers! If the product does not suit you for any reason, please fill out the withdrawal form, which can be found here!

I want a single product, but only a bundle is available for sale.

If a product cannot be found separately in our online store, then it is sold only as a product bundle, and we cannot order the items individually.
